There are games like that, but a lot of NTR authors want to double dip into the humiliation kink. It's so bad you have games where the heroine is saying "I can't love a micropenis like yours" when she never even saw or touched his penis. The NTR games you describe are much more rare because they have to be well written to work while stories that mainly feature humiliating the guy only has to be somewhat okay.
