Trying to make sense of what is in each update based upon the changelog is a struggle. I assume the mimic is new to 0.0.4? Dark coins get you killed at the bank with a WIP memory, apparently future content there and what the coins are useful for. The bandit memory about slaves seems to be coming soon with the girls in the market. After the goblin king memory, moves to the guild and guild master discussion without anything afterwards.
A lot of different tangents going on and none of it makes a lot of sense. For instance, you need some kind of hint about the shovel when you first enter the cave because there's nothing suggesting that. If there's people or prompts that are incomplete, add a text box saying so? Like the Watcher in the royal court, interaction that goes nowhere. if there were a bunch of NPCs like that I wouldn't mind, but so far everything added for interaction leads to something. Which means that person will unlock something in the future. Same way you added the 'future content' to the slave girls in the market, something similar to the Watcher in the royal court would help.
Also, the bandit shadow scene works once, but a second run through should really be the unhidden thing. You could easily add an option for the MC to attempt to stop it early the second time, get subdued and forced to watch before dying. Without that, the entire bandit line stands as the laziest one.
