I just replayed that part in fact the picture is in a convo before that one where sam ask you what you want to drink, the problem with that convo is that it can be skipped if you don't pay enough attention. Click on the button next to the quick save button to see if you have Sam Wilson 14 on the list (the pic is there)

Not possible for now. Only on the happy or lovers path. We don't know if we are going to get it on the NTR path (seems logical because she is already fallen and there is almost nothing to protect Liz from...)

I don't agree with this, before 0.18 you have basicly the same conversations on happy path and ntr path. And in 0.18 Sam begin to question about Liz attitude, and i would say that for now she is going to side with MC.
