I didn't see any option to avoid it.
The game refused to let me leave the office one day because Dr. Childhood friend/sister had something to take care of (me choosing the NTR with assistant date) and once protagonist started looking in the warehouse for evidence against manager, the game literally threw up a padlock icon on the not-NTR options with team leader.

I'm not Japanese but I think it does kinda fit with that Asian cultural thing where the hierarchy is deeply respected. That being said, I don't think the managers can do things like sexually harass everyone or force their employees to have sex with each other without consequences. It's probably similar to what happens here in the West where some bosses abuse their power and all, but with more Asian society and peer pressure.
If you meant NTR games there is NTR Legend and all its clones, like Handyman Legend, Self Defense Dojo or NTRaholic. Idk about the last part though, I know there are some games where the cucked dude ends up getting fucked too or becoming a vouyer but not winning.

Actualy there three paths,
1 Pure love, but that one is still under lock and can't be played
2 The Alpha, you let your gf being NTRed, you don't speak the lab assistant and only your sister doctor, in end you rescue your sister doctor and plan with her how to rescue your gf from the Manager and become a true Alpha male.
3 The loser, you let both your gf and your sister be NTRed, Gf with Manager and Sister doctor with Lab assistent

Not at all, trust me I worked in a Japanese company and the rules on the workfloor are insane, to that is Europe and American companies way tamer, Like you can't have family pictures on your desk, every document, item and other things need to be propper stocked in their regular space, there may no speck of dust be found anywhere on the closets, desk and so on. In foreign countries you just have to be on time at work, not 5 min late, but in Japan self you even demanded to be 1 hour before work time at your work to do some excercises to keep your body healthy.
What is true is though Managers tend to be very bossy and strict, but they can't use it force sex on their workers, because that would damage the company, even a manager who uses company funds will be punished severaly, that probably why they out this in VNs as it all wishes they can't do in real. Beside the strict decency in Japan, they also very depraved when they not on the workfloor, basicly because in most big cities most men and women are single as they have barely time to seek a relation. It being early at work till pretty late, then to release some tention they go to those special sex bars (why specialy well it not like a brothel as they can only watch, not touch like in Europe or USA) or sleep in some of the box hotels to be back early at time at work. TBH i would never wanna live in japan.

I think i start to see what happening, First time i played I had the same, but second time I played, I didn't have to do that, I think Third time playing you can even unlock the none ntr for gf, so seems it a forced play several session, first The loser path, second the The Alpha path and third the pure hero love path.
Update: In initial release you were forced to watch both get NTRed, but in update 2 you can just not talk to the Lab assistent at all and Sister doctor will not be NTRed, but for third play through it not true, I tested it as I did play both initial and this 2nd update, now i tried a third playthrough after taken both Loser and alpha path but in third playthrough the pure love path still was locked. So i geuss it might be unlocked in next update or update after that, think he'll finish first chapter 1 but slowly unlock paths with each update.
