Seeking NTR that isn't revealed

Looking for a bit of a twist on a cheating/NTR game or VN. One where there is cheating/NTR, pregnancy and birth, but where her actual partner (boyfriend/husband) doesn't know that he isn't the daddy. Most of what I see has a reveal at the end (which is good classic NTR) but I'm looking for a twist. Also, 2D only. Anyone have any recommendations?

NTR Homestay does seem to check off most of the boxes you were looking for. Assuming, of course, you don't already know of/played the game in the past.

Plus, IIRC Alansya Chronicles had some scenes/ending similar to the requirements that you had laid out.
