There have been quite a few JP NTR releases on DLsite recently, more than typical. I'm not sure what's behind the sudden influx. I do know that NTR is much, much less common in professional JP eroge; the professional releases don't typically show up here because 1) they're much less likely to get translated and 2) most don't have gameplay that would make playing with MTL worthwhile. As for English-original releases, I don't think NTR is especially common.

Eh, it's not much better on the Japanese sites. If you go to DLSite a solid chunk of games with the highest dls, ratings and featured prominently under the "Sort by Popularity" filter are NTR.

Yeah youre absolutely correct with that. Multiple sources are the way to go, also checking dlsite directly or the translation request thread can help finding some gems.

When I first found F95, I downloaded a lot of the games I saw, mostly because of curiosity. I still come and look, and sometimes download a game to play. Not nearly as often now. Personally, games with scat or watersports squick me out. I usually avoid Loli or Shota because that's just weird, to me. Also, Male Gay or furry stuff, because it isn't my thing. As for types of games over-represented, well, the Harem thing has been done to death. Well, if I am honest, pretty far beyond that. I tend to avoid the non-consensual stuff too. As for NTR, if it is avoidable, it can be considered one of the challenges of the game, and if not, I have seen MUCH weirder things than that that people do.

I usually read the tags that are easily visible, and then skip the ones I know I won't be interested in. If I pull up the thread because I'm not sure, I can usually tell by the description or reviews fairly quickly, and I can move on. It's one of the great things about the site!

What I never do is open a thread and then complain because the game isn't for my tastes, or has something that I don't like. That seems kind of pointless and futile to me. Now, I hate to judge those I don't know. Maybe all the vitriol over NTR is from guys who have been cheated on, and are suffering some PTSD reaction from the reminder. I don't think the message boards here are the therapy they need, but I could be wrong, I'm not a therapist. I don't think they are going to change anyone's mind though. So, in that respect, it does seem kind of pointless and futile. But, it is predictable, at least...

in general as a fan on ntr, vanilla is very boring, if i wanted to just watch two people fuck regularly i'd go into pornhub or smth, with NTR there are consequences to failing or messing up, it makes for more interesting storylines etc. basically the way i see it is if we put it in gaming perspective, vanilla/harem/pure love only games is like giving yourself god mode in a game were you can't lose, while ntr is like playing a game at a harder or hardest difficulty, the challenge in itself, if we go by game with routes that is, some games make it medium - hard to "win" others make it very hard creating a much bigger challenge, and some simply add realism, as if you chase that girl, the others may find someone else, if you chase all of them, they'll get mad when they find out and you lose em all etc.

though i'm mostly a fan of fem protag games, and some "vanilla" games do have a good story such as being a dik

Tnx archedio for translating the game, and ignore facepalm reacts from projecting endangered vanilla snowflakes. Their insecurity is so vast, not even cartoon pixels is safe from their paranoia. But their circlejerking is what annoys me the most, not the crying.

As for the game, usual 1.5 out of 10 copy/paste with less then 10 scenes.
