I'm making a game right now, making sure the mechanics is done correctly. But now that i'm at this stage i realize i have two competing ideas in my head and i dont know which one is hotter. One idea can only work in fantasy, and another can only work in Sci-Fi,
There's another idea that is a reverse isekai which can only work in contemporary settings, a girl from a gacha game that the player (you) were playing the night before that got shut down. You have a harem in that world and one of the girl managed to travel to you. The girl and the rest of player's harem saw the player in the gameas this hypercompetent guy, so how you behave in front of her and the other girls that will be coming throughout the game will affect your relationship with them, NTR is avoidable here, as the player will try to, idk, manage the relationship with the girls that got reverse isekaied and also try to keep your girls in the other side happy, the way its done is that the first girl that got reverse isekaied will have a communication line with the other side sothe first girl's impression of you is more important than that of the other girls.
Anw that's the third idea,as you can see it has a little more time in the oven than the rest but its kinda big, so i have some small ideas for the other settings. But can't decide which one to do.

Fantasy idea: netroase sword princess ish, where you have 2 party member one is your gf, you manage the distribution of the quest pairing as you try to travel to kill the demon lord, there's this sets of skills that you have and the other two have,theybarely overlap, you need money to travel so you have to do some questing, which are different from each other that needs specific skills to succeed, the pairings will affect the relationship meter and stats.
Sci fi idea: fenoxo's tits but less furries and more ntr stuff. the core mechanics is the same as the fantasy one but you will gain thoughts and ideas which affects your dialogue options as you fight space facists, space commies, or space liberals. Or you can have some ideology play and raceplay. Also you can gain harem members as you travel the galaxy (which are nodes and planets)
