VN - Ren'Py - NTS Mobile Phone [Ch. 4] [NTRCaptain]

This game has a lot of elements I typically enjoy such as a more alpha nts feel, a cute gf, good character designs....unfortunately in it's current dev state it's lacking everything else.

First off, the opening chapter is both short and feels rushed. You spend it quickly meeting the characters, questioning and turning down your bff and her boyfriend because he's a cuck. All of a sudden...boom, something happens to your girlfriend, she gets turned into a vampire because, umm, science...chapter over.

Then in chapter 2, out-of-no-where, you all decide you are moving somewhere far away from people to protect her, and everyone just agrees to move with you, one of them you don't even really know. Then, again out-of-no-where, the mc announces to the group chat that he's a cuck. No suspense or character/world building at all.

The chapter ends with your BFF hitting on you more, and you finding out that your undead GF is actually more of a succubus and needs love juice to survive. Yupppp....she needs semen.

The interface was also meh with the buttons a touch too tiny and no way to enlarge the pics in the chat without going backward.

I'm assuming based off the end of chapter 2 that the game with be going towards both netori and nts which i like, but the writing is just so meh and the ai art doesn't really impress as it's mostly just "selfies."

First thing that hit me about the game is the UI. You can't open the load/save or preferences menu without the main screen menu on the screen at the same time and some of them are on top of the other. The font is very small for preferences. And this mess came up before I even started the game.

Chapter 1 of the story is very...meh. The MC is disrespectful of his best friend, who in turn isn't much better. None of the characters have that much soul. And oh, his girlfriend is your BFF? Even if she was, I'd hope you'd show a little more respect. The whole story of chapter 1 is janky and feels rushed, it's not very long, and the way she becomes undead is rushed. I'm not against mixing in supernatural but it comes in out of nowhere and feels like a hollow plot vehicle.

Chapter 2 sort of...goes nowhere. Your friend group moves away all of a sudden from her family like it was just another Tuesday. Hell, one friend even cheers the idea. Not that you get any idea about her family or pretty much anyone but damn, heartless much? Well, maybe not because none of these characters have any soul.

In between this whatever plotline is some sprinkling of coming NTS. At the end of chapter 2 your girlfriend now needs so much of that love juice you can guess where it's going. This comes across feeling more like a succubus than a vampire but whatever. I can't say too much about the story after chapter 1 because it was too hard to read.

The AI CG is nice enough and there were minimal grammatical errors so +1 star for those. But I can't really recommend this for anything more than a glorified scene viewer unless the dev gives the story an honest pass. NTR/NTS stories always fail if you don't care about the characters or the world they are in.

If your a fan of NTS, I don't think you'll enjoy this. The writing is poor. MC's fetish comes literally out of nowhere, if anything it had a set up that felt like it was going towards a netori route but then, out of nowhere "Oh actually I've been a cuck all along". I have nothing against MC being a cuck, hell that's what I expect when I play game with NTS in the title but this was a poor start.

The writing is poor and bland and in dire need of being proof read. Basic spelling and grammar mistakes make for an annoying read.

The art is meh. I really hate the term "AI Slop" as a cover all for any game that uses AI art. I think that's unfair when clearly some AI art is made to a decent quality. Not this though. The art is boring an generic slop. When your using AI how can you possibly justify the reuse of CGs?

Don't waste your time.

characters/art style are gorgeous!

The scenes that take place at the start/intro is incredibly exciting and intriguing! I think this is the third game the dev is working on with similar concept/ui, very similar to other two games but is implemented so effectively in this game too. Congrats to the developer for the third game.

Overall the story and the ai cg is really great and consistent.

I'm sure this will compete with other very popular ai cg games at some point.

I hope we will see many more consistent/quality updates in future too.;
