my game, Lolita gone wild is in early development (3rd release), but it's focused on exhibition.
Currently there are only a few places where nudity is noticed (in the house, at the pool, at the brothel and at the bar))
I update the game little by little, but in the end all pnj will react to the outfit (or nudity) of the heroin.
Passers-by are foreseen in my script, but they are not yet in the game.
I think there's enough content in there already to give you an idea.

I think that Naughty Lyanna is the most "casual nudity" game, as much as I know
