Identify Nun rpg with time travel ending

Hello. I'm trying to remember the name of a game that I'm pretty sure was about a nun/priestess/sister that traveled with a young boy, I can't remember their goal, but throughout the journey she is forced to either whore herself out for protection and such or learn to fight to protect them both. There's one ending where the boy grows up and time travels back to protect her from having to give up her innocence. Any help is appreciated.
