nyakumi shared some model concepts for some of his characters a while back... Akeno, The 3 Nekos, Misaki, Aiko, Haru, Saki. Well, now he has been redesigning and improving his characters over time! Anyone or any creator of 2D-3D animations can take a full-body screenshot of Nyakumi's characters that appear in the videos, or even download an image from a hentai website of any large-bodied female character that Nyakumi has used. Then they can adapt the model to a 3D program, creating, modifying, modeling, etc. It's not difficult to do or achieve... You don't necessarily have to wait for Nyakumi to share their base model characters for that.
The animation is already out for diamond tier subs. There shouldn't be a reason to delay it
Anyone who is new and wants to start learning how to use 2D/3D programs, or who has been making animations for some time, can create and design characters in the style of Nyakumi... Now, if Nyakumi shares a character model with any other creator, it would be easier, because the character is already made and ready to be adapted to a video. This would save any 2D/3D animator the time of having to create the character from scratch, step by step, which I think takes time... well, depending on how they create and texture them, light them, etc.

You're right that anyone can hypothetically do what Nyakumi is doing, but you're being silly if you say it's "not difficult" to do. You're basically telling people to develop an entirely new skillset and artistic ability.
