There's a game I remember playing years and years ago where a virus that turns women into sex-crazed nymphos infects an island, and the protagonist is the only male left. It was primarily text-based, and the game was about scavenging for supplies and trying to avoid getting jumped by the women, who also slowly transformed over time. I remember there were different starting scenarios you could pick from, including one set much farther in the future where all the infected women had transformed into horrible monsters. (Like, not sexy ones.) I can't remember what it was called or find any trace of it online, though. Anybody else remember this one?
