VN - Others - Completed - NYO-NIN-JIMA -My New Life in Charge of a Tropical Island- [Final] [PacoPaco Soft]

This is a lovely little VN. Art is great, voice acting is wonderful, particularly the mother lord have mercy. It is a little short but not everything needs to be a marathon. So really I can't say too much more other than I was very thoroughly happy with this experience, and I hope to find more gems like it. Get comfy and let it wash over you, it's a good time.

Nyonin-jima is a VN about a guy, who goes to some paradise island, and all the women are dying to have sex with him. Simple enough fantasy, the girls are attractive, the H-scenes are good. The other compelling element, is a desire to weave some commentary: The whole "men in Japan being herbivore theme" is meaningless unless you live over there. On the other hand concepts like: What obstacles are in the way of lasting happiness, how much freedom is too much freedom, and why is it so hard to alter morality and preconceptions, are interesting enough. Don't expect too much, but this a cut above the usual level, a short VN with 18+ provides.

Positive:
- Visually appealing VN (needs more resources however, 2022 release) hot, thicc, busty girls; Scenario is a raw form of thought experiment; More tags than usual (nothing crazy); H-scenes are more salacious than normal (not by much, it's simply noticeable); Harem always gets a spot on the positive list.

Negative:
- Maki's BGV has a shrivelling effect; Scenario needs (more) suspension of disbelief (multiple accounts), it's just something to think about; Story and characters are left barebones.

Score: 6/10. Being thought provoking is not much of a quality ("internet" says you have 60K thoughts a day, your brain must be easily triggered), but if you imagine yourself in the same situation as the protagonist, you can ask some questions: Did you reach the happily ever after? Does everything being allowed, means you want to try everything? Does your moral compass change overnight? If none of that matters, you are still left with more than just serviceable porn, so this is recommended either way.

Wholesome short vanilla VN. As most of Shiravune's games- excellect artstyle and voice acting. As i appretiate it much, no unnecessary choices have to be make, pretty forward and easy to get everything of the whole game. Lovely charming heroines.
I can say the story is lacking in realism and composition, also feels very rushed, but the rest aspects compensate for it. As one of them is the handful of H-scenes. And they come pretty fast within the game, which is probably not a good thing personally for me. I wish there were a bit more build up story behind them, but the shortage of the game require it, so i get it.

Very straightforward VN, no choices nor routes so one can unlock all the CG in one playthrough. Total time for me to complete this game was around 2 1/2 hours.
If you're a vanilla enjoyer this one's for you.

Excellent harem-vanilla VN. No choices or gameplay, and the story progression is pretty unrealistic, but if you're just looking for a short story with hot women who'd do anything for you this game has got you.
