You want the banner on this thread to be of one of the girls. Tommy gun shot is cool, but if you put a male in the banner it triggers the "gay game?" response in the brain of people here. Yeah, I wish people were more discerning and looked at all the screens for the game. Tho, sometimes, I wish I hadn't looked at all screenshots, sometimes you see some extreme stuff you wish you hadn't seen.
But back to the point. you really want a nice horizontal shot of an attractive girl and the game title if you want to draw eyes here. Maybe it can her holding the gun in a seductive way to indicate it's a mafia game. There's still room to be creative, your textures are nice so you probably want something that brings that out.

The plot is good so far. Interesting mechanic. But MC and sis don't know anything about mafia is so dumb. For real, not even a rumor? Their family are the big one right? How could they don't even have a clue about family business?

With only five (5) female characters thus far, you have the opportunity to bone three (3) of them already. Nice!
Tags: It should have the "vaginal sex" tag, since you begin the game fucking either Angela (dark haired rich girl from the north side of town) or Jane (fair haired barrista) and end the game fucking Daniela (cousin).
Graphics: Loved Angela - her body looked soft to the touch; real. Also loved Mary (mother) - can't wait for more content with her. Sofia (sister), Jane, and Daniela all look well-executed, it's just that my tastes tend to veer more mature and/or thicker. Plus, in general, I think that dark hair pretty much always come out looking better in 3D models. For some reason, blonde doesn't seem to ever come out quite right. My one nitpick on graphics is that Frank (father) has a face that makes him look like a young actor in aging makeup rather than an actual middle-aged man. The MC looks okay. I think Paulie (uncle) came out the best of all the male characters. The animations look good and seem realistic enough, although the sex scenes feel a bit rushed / short overall.
Story: Pretty interesting... I did find myself reading a lot of the details rather than quickly skipping everything to jump between lewds. Most of the conversations seemed natural. It was a bit strange that a lot of the same dialogue is shared between Angela and Jane, depending on who you date. That took me out of the story a bit because, as far as we know, they're completely separate and unrelated people so the dialogue shouldn't be that close, even if the MC pulls the same anecdote on both dates. Also, I didn't notice any differences yet when selecting "drugs" vs. "gambling" vs. "both" but I assume the impact of that decision won't get implemented until later updates.
Musings: I feel like Mary's introduction presents twin possibilities - either we nurture and care for her to help her with her alcoholism in more of a romantic path, OR we feed her vices and take advantage of her in more of a dom/sub sort of route. Also, a perennial issue seems to be a lack of reciprocity when it comes to foreplay / oral sex. Women in real life usually take a lot more work to cum than men do so a lot more teasing, fingering, eating out, etc. would probably need to be there for the benefit of the ladies in the story. Consistent delivery of mind-blowing orgasms goes a long way to explain a woman's attachment to a man. Unless they're hookers or pornstars, they probably won't be super into providing "half-and-half" service to the MC.
I'm glad I downloaded this. I was going to skip it until it got more content but, honestly, I fell in love with Angela's ass in the promo photos. She's the reason I gave it a shot. I would very much like to make her orgasm with my dick in that fabulous ass, if that's at all possible - please and thank you!
