Well, according to changelog the OP version is not complete dlc-wise and missing another 5. There is a torrented version in this thread which seems to have a few more but still not all.

Obligatory late fufilment (yes i have no life, extract to "C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming" or win+r then %appdata%, go to Roaming then extract)
The story is about romantic unfaithful sex, yes, as stupid as it sounds.
I mean, a woman is forced to be unfaithful, she rejects him at first, but after two fucks, she's already broken, and the rest of the scenes feature romantic sex with which he blackmails her.
I suppose there will be people who will like this, but if you were looking for a good NTR, don't waste your time. The fact that there are several mini-stories is very appealing, but if you're going for the pleasure of partner theft, forget it, it's not worth it. Except for the beginning of some, the rest is pure romantic sex.
