Autumn Boulevard has a mind-control route and she's unaware of it until much later.
SB is a newish one, I'm playing through it now, can definitely recommend for the writing. Dunno if MC eventually finds out what the hypno does to her.
AM is one of the best depictions of mind-control I've seen, on par with SKA. But it's not a "ruin her life" type of game, quite the opposite, it's pretty wholesome. It's also male-MC harem.
