Hi all!

I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck rendering Genesis 9 properly with the Octane Daz Plugin. I struggle to get high-quality renders with this for Genesis 9 specifically. Genesis 3 and 8 are fine.

Does anyone have any tips and tricks they can share to make the Genesis 9 materials work properly? Or are we out of luck until Octane update their plugin for Daz?

Octane is a paid service so there no tip or tricks on how to make renders better

If you suck at Daz/Iray, Octane won't save you.

It's not that I'm bad at IRAY, I am pretty good at IRAY rendering, but it is limited in what you can do. Plus, I find Octane renders faster, and you can adjust things on the fly before a final render. My attached image is from a recent render with G9 that I did in IRAY.

I use the prime tier version on their website as it's free. I don't use the paid version. It's not about making renders better. It's more about how to get Genesis 9 materials to display correctly in the Octane Render.
