That's a nice appetizer for a first release (I'm a slow reader, so ~7h to reach the end).

Extermely pleasant at reading, forced to pause only because i was too tired at 7:00, not a good idea to start this one at 3:00

The characters are just all lovable and the mix of personalities does his work, very well.
Didn't liked Nina so much at first, but after a while, even if my preference always goes to redheads, Nina is definitively the cutest.

Please don't listen to people who criticize some renders, maybe there's a little adjustment to do, or not... Just continue the way as you see it, because it's great.
I loved the way Nina and Cole hold theirs hand, small details like that show how they feel pretty well and increase a lot the immersion.

So far my favorites VN was the ones from Mr Dots.
I think the first place on the podium need a little space for Stencilbits too now.

This is the best adult VN, imo. For a 0.1 there is enough content for this to be a 1.0 version.

Most VNs are like trophy wives, all looks and no character, not this one. I didn't find the art style appealing at first, but the setting, story, characters drew me in, and 10 mins into the game i didn't care about the visuals. The writing is humorous and although a bit cliche'd each character is believable, likeable and competently written. The story and setting is introduced well and proceeds at a decent pace. This demo did a great job of introducing the setting and the characters, leaving me excited to see where this goes.

The character art style in normal dialogues leave something to be desired. But the characters look good in adult scenes. While there are few H-scenes compared to the sheer length of the demo, they are done beautifully, though animation would be a great boon. I must add, for a demo there are plenty of scenes compared to 90% of Visual Novels.

Stencilbits, take a bow, you have done a fabulous job with the story and characters. This is truly a Visual Novel among VNs. I hope your diligence is met with success, profit and a feeling of satisfaction and creative fulfillment. Can't wait to see more.

WOW, Hats off to you, not only is this funny, but it had me gripped from the start. i cant wait for the next chapter. and to see what happens with the rest the story line. it not very often i get blown away by games like this. fair play guys fair play

My sincere compliments to the Offcuts studio team for releasing the BEST and MOST COMPLETE v0.1 I've ever played.

The art style is excellent and very original. I definitely enjoy the middle feel between realism and animation; that is so, so hard to get correct - and the success here shows. As many have noted: the writing is very good. It's comedic and fun without sacrificing a storyline.

I'm impressed and wanting more! I plan to support this creator's Patreon. Offcuts has shown me it's got some real potential.

An incredibly boring clickfest where your main character (essentially Bella from Twilight, bland yet universally beloved) skims through days and weeks with no input from you.

Some nice images spoiled by clumsy screen effects, and the fact that at least half of the people you interact with are imageless.

The creator has managed to write an engaging story that contains humour, suspense, excitement, coming of age sexuality, and several interesting characters. and those are just the highlights. . I saw one minor spelling error. There might be a few more that I missed due to being so engrossed in the story. I think the artwork is very pretty too.

I very rarely bother to post about it when finding a game I like, but I was genuinely surprised by the quality of this one. Yes, there are some strange grammar issues sometimes, but other than that the writing is great, definitely one of the best here I'd say. The main gripe I would have is that choices seems to mean very little. It seems to mainly be a way to skip scenes rather than creating divergent paths.

Still, for a 0.1 edition it seems really promising. (A caveat, this is a proper visual novel in the classic sense, and not a nukige that is mainly just a string of sex scenes. So might not appeal to those who just wants to get their rocks off)

Animeish plot all year round, but in a good way. Somewhat like slice of life kind of thing. Harem but without a line of girls trying to fuck MC. Mc with brain and some decency. Girls with character and individual traits. HUMOUR!!

Its pure gold and easy peasy 3 hours of gameplay for me to enjoy.. If counted right, then there are at least 5 erotic situations.. many cute, super cute and womanly characters.

Art looks weird at first but one can get used to them if erotic scenes are that good. Add to it thousands of lines of text in this game.. and most of which are interesting bits and pieces. Humour which made me lough is damn rare this days in games. Especially, erotic ones.

The only thing which might not be likeable are art, which is different than most and anatomic pieces of body which look unnatural. Like this meat piece on back side of characters looks like a breast but on back.. at least in erotic scenes it is not often shown.

Well made characters (models and personalities included), graphics are neat and pretty unique and the plot is fun as hell. I recommend this and not only as an adult VN.

IMO, it needs more choices, the ones we have don't really seem to matter, but to be honest, it works like this and in the end it didn't bother me.

Only complaint is, that the protagonist is SUPER clueless about the attraction ALL the girls feel for him...

Wow! Innovative graphics, solid writing, great characters, genuine feeling relationships. So much content for a "demo" too, I hope you haven't set the bar too high for yourself. I am really looking forward to the next release.

Great start with a lot of content. So far the game is missing some more meaningful choices aswell as paths with diffrent girls, but im sure they will come. The artwork is fresh, hopefully animations will come in later udates.

Review for 0.1

First of all, WOW! Did not see that coming when I downloaded the game. Seemed new, small download size, so I figured it would be a nice little introduction. But far from it. While playing I checked the post several times for the "completed" tag just to be sure. One of the biggest first chapters I have played as far as I can recall right now.

Graphics/Scenes:
Can only make this one short: Love the graphics. Really nice renders and very sexy scenes. Can't add much here. 11/10

Story:
It started of a bit ... well ... for the lack of a more fitting word, "weird". Didn't know what to make of it for the first 10 minutes or so. But then it hit off and I absolutly love it. Some very short "not as well" parts but 99% of it is just great. Many parts are very adorable and funny written.

The Characters are very charming ... well maybe not all but I'm very sure they're also not supposed to be .
It also seems to have a lot of replay value. Don't know whether or not I'm correct here but based on the choices and the style of the story overall I seems like it to me (just finished first playthrough and had to write a review).

The long and short of it:
Not love at first side for me, like I said took me about 10 minutes to really get into it, but bottom line I love this game. Can't wait for feature updates and can only recommend you try it out if you haven't already!

The game is very good. The renders are nice. The story is well thought out and much more extensive than I was expecting, especially for the demo version I originally played (about 3-4 hours of content with my slow reading speed).

Expect this to be more like a Jpanese visual novel where the story comes first and the sexy bits are just sprinkled throughout. The only bad thing I have to say about the story is that there are a lot of Japanese anime/harem cliches with the unlucky/lucky pervert trope coming into play. But despite this the story can be serious when it needs to be and the main character actually has a sympathetic backstory and motivations.

THE BEST V0.1 GAME, I just finished the demo and I can say this personal review.

Graphics 9.4/10; It needs better quality since sex scenes look like blurry art, the pussies and bodies are not that HD, it looks like 480p. The bodies look great, shows sweat and water, the girl's pussy are damn hot, bun-like, but the character models are blurry normally, not like in the sex scenes.

Story 6/10; It's not that great but it has potential, I mean, it started pretty lazy and then it got some action, not so much but it was enjoyable.

Characters 7/10: I hate Nina personality, always bossing the MC around, but that tsundere attitude she got later, it was funny. Same with Melissa. I really hope MC get a lot of fun -sex- with all the girls.

Choices 3/10: only like 3 or less choices affects story, I can't say no to the girls or whatever, we need more freedom in saying "No", "Yes", "Maybe", etc. Also it would be good some choices in sex scenes like cumming in X part or changing from anal to vaginal, mouth, hand, etc.

I would pay a one time fee without doubt.

Don't expect non-stop fapping from this game. It's more of a Story.

I downloaded this with mixed expectations as it is just the 0.1 with 170MB and I don't really like the artstyle.

What I didn't expect was playing 4 Hours staight because of an absolutely awesome Storyline. I expected the Version to end at any moment, but it just kept moving on.

The story is linear. You have either the choice to do something or to do nothing so you should always pick the first one (even if it may seem weird).

For Version 0.1, this game is awesome. I don't know if the dev wants to make the story longer in future updates or if he plans to give the player more choices, but either one seems good. You could basically play this already as a full game (if the story would be completed)

Anyways, I'm really looking forward to frequent Updates and let's see what they will bring us.

TL;DR: As VNs come and go (dead projects), few shine, Offcuts surely shines and i think it deserve its place.

Graphics:
This one is the strongest point in Offcuts, the graphics on the preview for the game stood out and made me download it, and it was worth it, sure a change of all the overly used engines, and stand of as new characters with i think one of the best emotions for a freeze picture render. But it could use a little bit of rework on the "overworld" appearence of the characters and portraits, since they look flush out with some filter and a lot of outlines on then.

Story:
Its fast as you want if you want a Fap time, there is no immersive storytelling as it gets to the porn REAL quick, for me personally i find it nice, but could be some rework to this initial day or so on the game where everything happens so fast.

Suggestions:
ANIMATED RENDERS! Please this new graphics looks SO AMAZING and deserves to shine even more as future patches come in. A little bit of more story development could sure be used, a world more immersive as only the characters of the story are there, feels like a dream, not real life.

Overall as 0.1: Solid 4.5
