Identify Offering $200 for help

EDIT: Game has been answered, manga still a mystery as of July 2024!

There are a couple of things I can't find (1 game and 1 manga) which have been bugging me for years, so I was thinking of offering a reward of $100 USD each to whomever can help me find them.

I've checked the forum rules and AFAIK this is allowed, but mods please let me know if I've got this wrong and I'll happily delete this post (or you can delete it for me!)

Assuming it is allowed, please find the links in the first line if you can help - happy to pay you via any anonymous method of your choice (Cash App and Venmo are the ones I know of, but I'm happy to work out how cryptocurrency works if you prefer )

Not one of the pink tea games unfortunately (though I love them, they're a great dev!) The one I'm searching for is a lot more obscure, I think it might have just been browser-based (although come to think of it I assume it ran on Flash, so could probably be downloaded as a swf too). It was a long time ago, maybe around 2010 so I'm struggling to find it haha (hence the reward if anyone knows it!)
