With all due respect and keeping a professional distance - this pair really knows their stuff and the software they use, and their renders are unbelievably high quality. However, their communication, collaboration, and credibility to deadlines ruin the overall experience. I'm generally understanding and know that unexpected situations can happen, and I'm always open to dialogue, but...

...we agreed on creating one scene (that the artist could do in 3-7 days) with a preliminary deadline of over 30 days. Up until the last day, there was no communication from them about any issues. Only after I reached out did I receive a few test/initial renders, with assurances that the scene would be ready in another two weeks past deadline. Of course, the situation repeated itself, with more assurances that everything would be fine this time. Another two weeks passed, and I got a message that no new renders were done and that a personal situation at home was preventing them from working.

I understood this, although reasonable people would usually send a message earlier in such situations. However, I have contact with other developers and know that during this time, they were working on other projects that were more profitable for them. I also know this was not an isolated incident but a pattern in every case.

I don't want to scare anyone away because, as I said, the renders are amazing, but only if you can tolerate incredible delays.

We've offered you the same things we have offered in this post. You came to us with scene rendering project which we clearly said we don't do but we've made an exception for you because you seemed like a good person. We told you it would take longer than any other artist would do because we normally don't do that kind of work and we already had other clients.

We've agreed upon a certain amount of renders which we did our best but we couldn't finalize. We have said we are sorry about it and explained the situation to you.

Here is something you didn't put into your slender messages.

• We did not ask for any money before delivery.
• We did not take a penny from you.
• We gave you the 1/8th of the work we have done in good faith without asking for compensation or money which you have used in patreon and other medium to promote your game.
• We clearly told you to start look for someone else in all honesty.
• After the 30 days deadline we told you it is not completed and it won't be delivered with our explanation and you offered that 2 weeks extra time which we did not take and told you to find someone else.

We kindly ask of you to remove your post and we will remove this one afterwards.




Really sorry you had a bad experience working with us and really sorry we couldn't uphold our end of the deal. Again, we've talked about doing something for a certain amount of money. We couldn't finalize the work but we did not take your money. Sorry about the lost time we have caused.
