TL;DR = decent romantic visual novel.

    Story: 4/5
    Pros:
+ Story follows 2 co-workers who will transform from rivals to lovers.
+ Plot is decent and pacing is quite good and believable.
+ I think this is how adult romance novels should look like.
+ Playing through game takes 5-6 hours. Ideal length. Not too short and not too long either. The dev doesnt try to extend the gameplay with some artificial drama.
    Cons:
    - The game isnt perfect. There are some small inconsistencies, but nothing major.

    Art and sex stuff: 4/5
    Pros:
+ The game has cartoonish hand drawn art. It some its charm.
    + Main heroine is sexy.
    + Sex scenes are hot.
    Cons:
    - The hand drawn art has some downsides. The dev isnt very good with sex details.
    - Majority of sex scenes are rushed and short. Although there are some longer exceptions.

    Gameplay: 4/5
    Pros:
+ This is VN with choices.
+ Choices have impact on the gameplay and will influence some (sex) scenes and your ending.
    + English is decent.
+ The game has some soundtrack.
    Cons:
    - There arent many choices in the game. Only few.
    - Game doesnt have any sound effects and sex sounds.

    To sum it up:
I think this is decent game.
Although the game isnt perfect, but it has suprisingly high standarts and I really enjoyed playing it. Thats why I will recommend playing this.

    Cons
    no sounds eff or voices
    lewds are quite ugly
no gameplay despite game dialogue suggesting importance of work
lewds are short, non animated properly and could give more options
Lack of characters customization for both characters
i would like a 3some to the mix too (optional)

This is gonna be a simple and straight forward review. I enjoyed playing through Office Rivals, it follows the standard visual novel format in terms of gameplay. You click to progress through dialogue and every once and a while you get a dialogue choice. I'm not sure if the choices have a huge impact on the ending, I think everything leads the story towards the same ending from what I experienced.

It's a classic enemies to lovers trope and stuff moves pretty quickly, I'd say from start to finish the entire story should take around five to six hours to finish if you're taking your time with it so it's pretty short in that regard so maybe that's a plus or minus depending on person to person.

I think the characters a well written for the genre, the dialogue and scenes are portrayed realistically and the game has this charming quality to it. I did find myself wrapped into the narrative after the first chapter so it does a good job of reeling you in!

In terms of lewds, you get a couple of scenes and it ramps up in intensity as you progress towards the finish line. If you're a fan of breeding, impregnation, and pregnancy like I am than this is at the very least worth a playthrough. The sex scenes themselves are pretty good for what you're getting and some of them are animated which is a nice touch.

Complaints: If I didn't have any I'd rate this a simple 5/5 but this isn't a perfect game, but for what it is I think 4/5 stars is more than fair. My biggest issue came with how the last chapter felt a bit rushed. After a certain point it sort of felt like you were sprinting towards the finish line without getting to really enjoy or marinate in the story. Some plotlines don't really get resolved in a meaningful way because of the pacing and I think that hurts the story a bit.

The next thing isn't really a complaint but just a preference, the art style is a little rough around the edges, male characters in general look... weird, maybe it's the eyes. Complaints aside you can tell someone made it by hand and I appreciate that considering the deluge of AI slop we get nowadays. I get the feeling that their art style will improve as time goes on so I'm looking forward to their next projects for sure. I've seen how some artist in this genre improve throughout the years and I wish the same for this dev too.

    Nice work!

It was a good visual novel, there are at some points where the dialogue was questionable but overall what an amazing romance novel from rivals to lovers.
Also contained impregnation kinks (This is pretty good imo) so yeah, its a short novel but its a feel good with no complication of a plot.
i.e its a point A to point B with a few choices inbetween.

I expected a short story, but later on, I found myself hoping it wouldn't end. Now, when someone asks me what my favorite visual novel is, I would say this game! Also, the pregnancy kink was especially intriguing!

    [LITTLE SPOILER AHEAD]
ParkG truly went overboard with this one. While I do like their first game, it was fell too short for my taste. This one though, it is much longer than the first one and it also ended gracefully without dragging it for too long.

The way he wrote the relationship between Hanako and Yoshida was perfect, genuine, and sincere. I think Office Rivals should be one of the benchmarks for AVN writers out there so they have better ideas how to approach relationship from zero to one hundred under a proper pace. Many AVNs out there either going to write them too fast or too slow.

The 2D arts actually really great looking, so it's safe to say that ParkG is not just a talented writer, but also a talented artist. Also, the alternate ending fucked me hard. It hits too close to home. I keep thinking that the true ending of this AVN is what could've happened to me and my ex if things didn't go wrong with my life.

Anyway, thanks a lot for the pregnancy stuff in the end.

Believe me, I never wanted the game to end. Most developers spend years working on it, ultimately making games devoid of emotion. Our developer has captured something so simple in an incredibly emotionally focused way. I hope we see more games like this in the future. I definitely recommend playing this game.

    An excellent spiritual sequel.

You don't need to have played Friendly Favours to play Office Rivals, but in my opinio,n having done so enhances your appreciation of this game. Everything that I enjoyed about the former is also present here. The characters are written even better, there are a lot more sex scenes and the style and the nimations also work very well. I am already looking forward to the third instalment of this series, so much so that I ended up buying this game on Steam to support the developer.

This VN does everything it's supposed to do. You have a nice (vanilla) meet up between two soon to be lovers where their relation progresses. They each have a nice backstory, and the scenes gradually escalate further and further. The art is nice and it takes a few hours to get through, well worth it to the end.

Much, MUCH better than the average VN here. The thought that went into the writing is well above average, the art style is fresh, and, most importantly to me, it leans heavily into my favorite kink, which is impregnation play. Overall, the clear demonstration of effort, thought, and originality in this game put it head-and-shoulders above the the rest of the crowd.

It feels kind of surreal to play this final product as one of the play testers way back! I haven't played since chapter 2 was released, and I'm glad I waited - it was totally worth it. Huge congrats to ParkG for another great VN!

This is a must-play for anyone looking for a realistic slice-of-life experience. Even if you're hesitant about the art - please give it a try! Initially I was hesitant to, but it quickly grew on me. Nanako is so sexy! For any upcoming projects, I would love to see more of Yejin, Kazue and Bom. Bom especially!!

I'm on such a wholesome high right after finishing the game. :') Great work!

    Version 1.0.02

As interactive love story, this is one of the best there is. There is also other random events from the life, but in the end, everything is about the relationship of these two people. I would say that it is courtship type love story. But AVN makes it fun to play, as your choices do matter on the outcome. But don’t expect anything major to happen; the story never strays from everyday life.

Writing is good. Specially in sex scenes. Emotions are really well captured and writing makes characters feel real and likable. Writing is not that funny, witty or otherwise good at keeping us readers entertained, but i would blame more the story than the writing. Ordinary life is not always that interesting.

Visually game is ok. As it is trying to capture real normal life, there is no eye candy to watch outside sex scenes. Art style is not that exciting, but it does have its perks. Sex scenes look good and are overall really fun to watch.

But after a while, all these side events that didn’t really lead anywhere just made me realize I wanted more than a simple "slice of life" story.

Good story about enemies to lovers, the side characters are likeable but be warned only one of them have a voyeur scene. The game heavily leans into breeding/pregnancy kinks so if you're into that it's great. Overall a short and sweet game just like friendly favours. Though this game has more characters and is way longer than friendly favours. Completion time is around 5-7 hours if you play it fast and explore all options.

    Office Rivals Review

    From Enemies To Lovers
Alright, so imagine this: you're knee-deep in spreadsheets, pulling yet another late-nighter, when bam!—your office rival, the one you’ve been silently (or maybe not-so-silently) beefing with for ages, becomes the unexpected spark to a full-blown emotional rollercoaster. Office Rivals is a visual novel that dives headfirst into office drama, repressed feelings, spicy rendezvous, and a very relatable struggle to balance work and actual, y’know, life. Inspired by those soft-hearted doujinshi and cozy webtoons, this one’s here to warm your heart and steam up your screen.

    About This Game

    Storyline

You play as a driven, stylish, yet emotionally constipated workaholic who finds himself unexpectedly teaming up with Nanako, your longtime office rival. Sparks fly—not just the romantic kind, but also those glorious petty jabs and workplace sass that only a shared deadline can bring out. But underneath all that tension? Feelings. Big ones. The story peels back layers of past misunderstandings, explores healing and rediscovery, and gently nudges you toward the idea that maybe, just maybe, there’s more to life than just being Employee of the Month.

The supporting cast isn’t just wallpaper either—there’s office gossip, secret pasts, awkward boss-wife convos, and even late-night soul-searching at your local food stall. It’s kind of like your favorite slice-of-life anime, but with sexual themes and… significantly less paperwork.

    Gameplay Mechanics
It’s classic visual novel fare: you click through dialogue, make choices, and get to see how those choices shape your relationships and ultimately your ending. There are branching paths and multiple endings depending on what kind of person you choose to be—brooding, bold, or somewhere in between. And yes, your choices also affect which scenes (especially the sexy ones) you unlock, so choose wisely or replay for the full experience.

    Visuals & Audio
The game leans hard into its doujin and webtoon inspiration, and it totally works. The character designs are expressive and endearing, the backgrounds have that cozy lived-in feel, and the hand-drawn CGs (especially during the NSFW scenes) are super detailed and animated frame-by-frame. There’s no voice acting, which is a bit of a bummer, but the sound design and music still do a decent job of setting the mood—whether it’s a tense office showdown or a more ahem intimate moment.

    Pros and Cons
    Pros

    • Sweet, heartfelt story with a surprisingly emotional core.
    • Adult characters with real-life baggage (finally!).
    • Beautiful hand-drawn animation in both story and steamy scenes.
    • Meaningful choices that lead to different outcomes.
    • Strong supporting cast that adds depth to the world.

    Cons
    • No voice acting, which could’ve added more personality.
    • 5-6 hour length might leave you wanting more time with the characters.

    Conclusion
Office Rivals is like your favorite feel-good romance manga had a grown-up glow-up. It’s cozy, sexy, and surprisingly thoughtful—balancing adult intimacy with heartfelt storytelling in a way that doesn’t feel forced or overly dramatic. Whether you're in it for the spice, the slow-burn romance, or just to watch two stubborn coworkers finally get over themselves, this one's worth clocking in for.

So brew yourself a cup of tea (or wine, we won’t judge), fire it up, and prepare to fall for your office rival.

The art is absolutely stunning—simply beautiful. You can tell that the developer (or developers) put a great deal of care into every line and detail, which is something I truly appreciate.

The story itself is extraordinary and deeply engaging. The mix of drama and humor is well-executed, and I still can't get over how much I want to know more about jellyfish dumplings—HAHAHAHA!

One thing to note is that the game includes certain expressions (even when translated into English) that are deeply rooted in everyday Japanese culture. This might feel a bit unfamiliar to those who aren't used to it. Another recurring theme in the dialogue is pregnancy, which, in my opinion, adds even more depth and uniqueness to the storytelling. Personally, I always seek out games that include pregnancy as a theme, as it's something I enjoy exploring in the games I play.

I reached out to the developer about this aspect and, while I understand their reasoning, I was a bit disappointed with the response. That said, consider this a request, a suggestion, or simply a fan’s thoughts on this kind of theme:

I love when pregnancy is not just an "ending" in a game but a natural, evolving part of the story—one that can happen at different points, depending on the characters' progress. This adds realism, emotion, and an entirely new layer of drama. Even an "accidental" occurrence could make things more dynamic (hint: alcohol is known to reduce the effectiveness of contraceptives), and fertile periods could introduce moments where things spiral a little out of control (you get the idea).

A couple might also explore new curiosities when pregnancy comes into play, such as cravings, adult breastfeeding, and adapting to different positions as the belly grows. These details could make for interesting gameplay mechanics and storytelling moments.

Anyway, this is just my humble contribution to the review. And if you’re wondering why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars—well, I reserve that rating for games that feel complete, with a well-structured beginning, development, and conclusion. This is still a (beautiful) work in progress!

---------- UPDATED AFTER PLAYING THE FINAL RELEASE ----------

Maybe I'm still a hopeless romantic, but this game was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Thank you to the developer (or team) behind this masterpiece.

I’ve updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars, just as I promised—because this game delivered a truly satisfying and meaningful ending.

Congratulations! I hope this game's success soars to the stars, and that you continue creating more amazing experiences like this one.

This game is story and immersion heavy. So if you only skip you miss most of the it. The dialogue is good.
The Art is fitting and unique.
The choices don't fell that impact full.
The Sex scene are also quite nice and close to realism.

So this is less a fantasy, but a realism story. Much pontential we will see where it will be going.

    Rating: 5/5 for Ch.3 v0.3.04

I love it, a perfect balance of romance, characters warmth, and some emotional storytelling, here’s what makes it a solid 5/5 for me:

    Pros:
    • Romantic Build-Up with Nanako:
The slow, sweet build-up between the MC and Nanako is everything. The anticipation and chemistry feel genuine and make every moment together worth the wait.
    • Heartwarming Side Characters:
The side characters, like the MC’s friends and their boss, add so much warmth to the story. They all genuinely care for each other, and it’s especially nice to see the MC become part of this little workplace family.
    • Emotional Rivalry Backstory:
The backstory of how the MC and Nanako became rivals adds some surprising emotional depth. It really pulls you into their history and adds weight to their current relationship.
    • Charming Art Style & Solid Sex Scenes
      Self explanatory, lol.
    Cons:
    • Honestly, there’s really nothing to nitpick here—it all just works.
    Overall:
This game nails everything from heartfelt relationships to charming visuals, and it builds on the solid foundation from the previous game. If you’re looking for a romance AVN done right, this is it.

edit: Seon's (The Boss) wife is an absolute babe, if this is another type of AVN game, i would totally go for her route lol.

    Enola Gay

That's a shame. ParkG made this wonderful game which I praise but I'm too lazy to actually write a review? Nah, it cannot be!

Overall, I must admit I don't like porn games. Most of them (basically almost all of them with few exceptions) are vulgar, tasteless and feel like horny teenager fantasy.

This one is different. As I said in one of my comments, it's a heart warming story with blossoming romance which could make you smile. Of course, we're on the F95 zone, so there is sex with all its glory too.

But it fits. I really like this game, actually, it is one of my very favorites.

    Pros:

    - Great art style.

    - Good story with some morals.

    - Some choices affecting story.

    - Realistic human looks. (I really like Nanako body, she is pretty and feel real despite being drawn :D)

    - Surprisingly good animations considering this kind of an art style.

    Cons:

    - If I can't think of any flaws right away, then I think there is nothing worth mentioning.

    Summary:

If you are looking for something nice, wise and sexy - this is a game for you.

If you are looking for cheap porn, that's not game for you... although scenes are hot.

    Danke.
