As the title says. I'm looking for this old game i played probably around 2016-2018 time frame, where a girl was sacrificed to this tentacle monster. You control the tentacles and over time build a relationship with her and unlock gallery scenes by performing certain sexual actions. You can control the # of tentacles, what they do, what camera position you want, all that stuff. It is very similar to tentacle dungeon but better with slightly worse graphics.
