I'm trying to find an old action hentai game where you had three or four playable female characters. Two of them were power ranger like (red and blue) and a third would transform into a monkey-like girl with a tail. I believe there was a fourth, but I can't remember.
There was battle sex, where your character could be forced down and raped. There was pregnancy and birthing mechanics. Each character had unique attacks and a pet could follow them around to automatically apply healing items. Some of those pets would randomly try to rape your character mid-battle.
It was a top down perspective like a RPG Maker game.
I did spend a good amount of time searching before asking here, but my google-fu has failed me.
