Seeking Old slot-machine blonde

Some 20 years ago, in times of Flash and New-grounds games I saw a slot-machine (if I'm tripping, it can be another similar arcade type) undressing game.
On the right of the screen stood gorgeous girl in red evening dress with blonde bob.
Art was more like anime-stylish and dev was probably Japanese but I dunno.

So, help me please find the game and/or its author.

Nah, it looks too modern.
Art in the one I'm looking for was something like taller glam version of Rifi from Virgin Island.
