I played a game probably 10 years ago, and my memory is hazy so some of the details may be mixed up. It was a 3D free-roam, featuring a female MC who had a cursed womb (with the succubus-style glowing runes) and pink hair? She was a princess or priestess who was shunned for some shameful thing. It had a 3rd-person over the shoulder camera, and a small town with a church where you could purify yourself, sell your services for a little money, and some quests in the Town Hall. It included dragon and wolf sex, and I'm pretty sure pregnancy was part of it as well.
I can't remember much, and searching Google has been useless. I'll know it if I see a picture, and probably from the name as well. I'm pretty sure it had a long name like "Cursed Princess and the Something of Something".
