Identify Older game, storm is a brewing

Hi guys and girls

I'm looking for a game I played long time ago (around 5-8 years ago) where you played a Male MC who just moved. There was a quest where you changed different coloured tokens to different merchants, there was a manmade storm, that only triggered when you did not date the scientist. Something with a Renfair, too, if I recall correctly. There was also an ingame game with velociraptors, I think.
