I can't remember much about this game, just vague memories about it.
1. I could swear it had a pixel heart on it even though the rest of the game was 2D.
2. It was in a modern environment, at least I don't remember anything fantasy or science fiction
3. The protagonist along with 2 other women were on a trip to what I think was an island, I remember seeing some beach.
4. The protagonist was going through some problems with his girlfriend, but after an axident the protagonist was injured and it was revealed that the girlfriend really cares about him.
5. This might be completely false, but i think the name of the game was that of one of the girls on the trip.
