First time I saw this series and the name origin was unclear so I went searching.

On the Doujinshi-circle's home page there's a link to a blog post "Ona-ken tte nani?" ("What is Ona-ken?")

On that page are some hard to read (low res) images have the backstory:

Ona-Ken is the ??? School's "After school Masturbation Research Club" (Onani Kenkyuu Bu).

The club members gather in their assigned room, and club leader Kasukabe Nao asks each member to tell about their latest masturbation adventures.
- "Kyo" (real name Hibiki) loves masturbating in risky public places where she might get caught
- "Rika" (real name Norika) enjoys using various adult toys when masturbating
- "Ma?ko" (real name Mako) gets off by grinding on objects
Club leader Nao then works herself over every night while thinking about their stories, trying out various techniques and situations.

From what I can tell the whole series is all based around those four characters and the various masturbation situations they get into.

The whole series appears to have come out between 2011 and finished in 2015. Last post in the blog says they were turned down from publishing on Steam under the old Greenlight system because their stuff was "too lewd". How times have changed!
