I can't remember the details of the story but I think you (MC) arrive in a city by ship and your introduction to the city is more or less a girl (maybe an elf?) that's stuck in a pillory as men fuck her or something similar. Cannot for the life of me remember where I stumbled upon it. It wasn't on here, it was hosted somewhere on the webb.
