An interesting premise, and seems to be on the right track. It's very early in development, and it shows, but I'm eager to see how it progresses.
The tower defense mechanics, as they do them, mesh well with the porn game genre. Often, porn games have a confused reward scheme. If you do "well", you miss out on the porn, which is a big draw of the game. This game gets around that by making defeat (and the accompanying sex scene) inevitable, but rewarding you for lasting longer before it happens. A cool synergy!
It's a little lame that the MC is so very timid. I thought I was about to unlock a sex scene, but he ran away instead for no reason! I hope (and suspect) he will gain confidence in time, though.
