VN - Ren'Py - Completed - OpenFlower [Final] [WhornyBeeStudio]

I actually liked the game and would've given it a 4 star but the translation is horrendous so it does break my immersion a bit. There's enough content for a couple wanks and It's refreshing to see a model that looks different from most 3d games.

This game is pretty mediocre. Still worth scrolling through if you like the genre, but has nothing really enjoyable or at least unique.
Character models are bad, events are lacking, the story is artificial and stretched. There are no moments in the game where one would say "oh, I really like that stuff, so satisfying", everything is just going on and on and on without evoking much emotions.
On top of that a player is presented with some choices that don't really change anything in the story. Some of them either lead to a "bad end", so you have to go back anyway or just skips scenes which is counter-productive. I hate fake choices, it's better to just have a novel, at least you don't try to go back and choose something different to just end up in the same place anyway.

I played it almost 4 hours in steam, and found it here. I like the genre, I like the style of the pictures and MH. Don't know whats wrong with the english in game, are you guys really checking all the grammar inside all dialogues in porn novels, like really do check? Also the main story is strict, and the only way not to see the end is to tell MH that you don't want her to be a hotwife anymore. I never did it and everything went perfect. No animations in game. Video scenes, or anything moving. Thats a pity, sure. Main verdict - I like it. I bought it. And I didn't refund it ) No regrets.

Game has a poor translation, probably MTL. Most decisions lead to the exact same text but what few decisions you can make are really poorly done. You can be completely supportive of her being a hotwife and still somehow upset her and be forced to an early end just because you said "I look forward to this all day" instead of "Yes, tell me". Its difficult to reach the end because seemingly no matter how supportive you are she still kicks you out for upsetting her. I'm sure there is a possible end but since I hit the last picture in the album I'm assuming that was the official end afterwards and the therapist still says "you will have to wait for the author to continue this" despite the game being marked as completed. Don't waste your time.

Open Flower is a VN about a married working woman and the sexual hoops her new job forces her through. Just to send off the people who aren't okay with it, the ntr is absolutely unavoidable.

The game has a lot of good ideas with its scenes as long as you're into hard ntr. Unfortunately, the execution can be more than a little lacking. The grammar and word choice is frequently rough. While it's nowhere near MTL levels of word salad, a lot of scenes and conversations are understandable, but extremely awkward. Also, I have no idea what's up with the random Japanese flashcards either.

There's also a handful of scenes with positively awful lighting. I rarely complain about things like this but there several sequences in the game where all you can really see is a mess of greys and blacks. It's not meant to be some kind of ntr edging, there's just extremely dim light that ruins some scenes.

The actual gameplay portion of the game lacks pretty aggressively hard. You play as the female lead's useless husband, as in many ntr games. The story is told through snapshots related to you by your wife as you ask her about her day. There are options available to encourage her to share more and to encourage her to be more slutty.

While there's a general sense of what each response is aiming for, it's basically only trial and error that will allow you to see all the scenes. A lot of this is due to the language problems, but it's also because it's difficult to tell which response might skip a scene or not. There's also a number of scenes that repeat throughout the story, which is annoying since you can't even skip them.

In addition, the game can't seem to decide what kind of relationship the two main characters have. In some scenes the wife is dismissive of the MC, treating him like a useless annoyance. In other scenes, they have a good relationship with the MC supporting her hotwifing. The dichotomy between the two changes at the drop of a hat. As near as I can tell, your decisions throughout the game don't appear to change this.

All in all, I wish I liked the game more. It has a lot of good ideas for hot scenes, but the actual game tying them all together is very low quality. I can only recommend this game if you're really into ntr, you really enjoy the screenshots, and you have some time you don't mind utterly wasting.

The story was interesting, but the whole game wasn't, the sex scenes could be done better and the pictures used didn't always follow correctly and changed from one moment to another that didn't had anything to do with eachother which made the game overall terrible.

my type of game. more please. a bit rough around the edges dont get me wrong and could do with some improvements with dialogue etc but if you love these games you're not really here for the plot line anyway.

Was about to uninstall after 5 minutes due to the dialogue, but curiosity got the better of me and so I skipped some parts to see where it would go. Ended up skipping and sometimes playing to the end of the game in about 1-2 hours. Some scenes were actually really hot and I love the progression of the wife. Would be 6 out of 5 if the dialogue was better and if there was more player choice. Would be cool if you had some actual choices how you want to act with her (dominant / submissive, friendly / pushy, ...). As it stands (as far as I've seen), most choices don't really matter and it's mostly a question between continuing, seeing or not seeing scenes and getting game overs.

I wished the game to be longer but buside of that is a very good game...............very good graf the choices make the game longer or shorter depends if u want to be cucked if not the game will be will be shorter, i wish the devd make another game like this i really enjoy it

If you have a cuck fetish, you're going to really like this game.
You have a beautiful pure wife just waiting to get corrupted, but the husband does not have a full blown cuck fetish at first. Rather, the game starts with teasing and touching and exposure, but nothing crazy. The wife has tons of unique outfits, a gorgeous face, and plenty of dialogue with all the characters in the game.

If you don't have a cuck fetish, don't play this game. The husband is a beta male porn addicted alcoholic who doesn't deserve his wife. But damn she's such a 10, I wish the game had better quality choices. She goes from blowjobs to full on fucking very quickly, and its clear the developer was trying to build tension for the non-cuck fans.

Again - cuck fans will delight while non-cucks will feel this game has plenty of room for better pacing.

OpenFlower is a pretty terrible game. I admit I only gave the game about fifteen minutes playtime, but it was more than enough to get a good impression of the game.

The writing is atrocious, and the game wants to railroad players into following very trite, unoriginal storylines with awful characters. There's little agency for players as choices are essentially meaningless. They aren't distinct from one another and most of them will result with the exact same result. You can see it yourself by checking the game's code. It defines what constitutes as lazy for a visual novel.

Don't even bother with this title even if you might've been curious. It's bad. Spend your time more wisely with better games. Solid pass; do not recommend.
