Drama in the Office (after Landlord & the Tenants ends in more than a month): You play as a male employee in a company. There's absolutely no NTR in Drama in the Office. But there are some molesting / groping scenes from bad guys towards the women in the game (so the MC can rescue them). It is to make the game less vanilla and better, but there will be an option to remove those scenes for people don't like them. The game will split into 2 routes depends on your choices:
  • Gentleman: You're a charming guy who protects the women in the company. In the end, they will fall for you.
  • Jerk: Even though you rescue the women in the company, you will also corrupt them. They will obey all your commands, especially on the bed.
Please tell me your opinions or suggestions. Thank you.

Honestly, I'd suggest adding some additional flavor somehow to make it a bit more interesting, because as you describe it on its own, it sounds rather bland. Some kind of overarching plot with intrigue or a central conflict, or a tone of effective comedy complete with hijinks, or make the setting unique somehow, like non-modern, or some kind of niche business perhaps.

Drama in the Office

You are a photographer for a small agency. Mr A is the owner. You don't know how he runs the office since he rarely has a customer. Sometimes you wonder if he's doing some kind of dark business and this office is just a cover. Besides you, his employees includes Ms B (his secretary), Ms C (accountant), Mr D (digital marketing executive and also his right hand man). His wife sometimes visits the office and asks you to accompany her to many places. One day, a father takes his daughter to the office and asks Mr A to promote her image. You think this is just a normal deal. But you overhear them by chance and discover that they are not father and daughter. Her family owes the man a large sum of money, and she has to use her body to pay the debt. Will you save her? And will you protect the women in the office? Or will you join them in their dark business and become a Kingpin?
  • Harem Route: You save the women and expose the dark business. In the end, they will live with you and help you in your new career.
  • Kingpin Route: You join their dark business and rise inside the organization over time. You will become the Kingpin of the organization.
Notice:
  • Characters will be named after Landlord & the Tenants ends.
  • The game includes Defloration, Pregnancy (Harem Route) & Prostitution (Kingpin Route).
  • There's no NTR in Drama in the Office. The Groping / Sharing scenes are not NTR. Groping scenes are for both routes, but Sharing scenes are only for the Kingpin Route (the MC will decide to share the girls with other men or not).
  • Please notice that Sharing are under consideration, we're not sure if there will be or not. I will see if there are supporters want to have Sharing. If no one wants Sharing, there will be no Sharing.

One trope of the "porn-game industry" that you can deal with in this game is that all of the characters are very easy to get for the MC. Well, sometimes it takes grinding and various errands but still. How about creating some competition for the MC so that he might not get all the women? Obviously the girls talk together - or perhaps they just see that stuff happens and so it should be hard to get all the girls. Or perhaps some of them are loyal to a husband or boyfriend etc.

I know, I know. Some patrons of these sorts of games have a very.. hard time, understanding that women (or men) in the games and real life can have other interests than the MC. But it would add some depth to characters that they actually have a life outside of work (or wherever the game takes place).

Obviously, if we only really deal with 2-3 women in the office, then it will be hard. But I sense that more characters will be introduced. So perhaps put some of them in some relationships - both bad ones and good ones. This would allow the MC to break those apart to add the woman to his harem but it would/should also mean that some of those in good and strong relationships could be able to resist the influence of an "evil" MC. On the other hand, a good MC would encourage them to have strong relationships while helping those in bad ones - of course by seducing them away from their abusive partners.

Lastly, since I like a strong story: why would the women want to stay in the office if they're being harassed? Why would they not find a job elsewhere or perhaps tell the authorities?
