I've had this exact same point before in other threads. How much of a thing should a game have before it should have that tag for that thing. One scene? Two scenes? Should it be a core part of the game?
Pats are tapping, and much less common. Petting is... well, petting. Much more common. Usually when you're laying down watching a movie or something.
