PROS:

1. Visually looks great, world and surrounds are nicely fleshed out
2. Models are impressive looking overall
3. Writing is not bad, structured well, but is clearly written to fit the younger crowds mentality.
4. The sandbox approach taken here is not too bad, at least not like traditional sandbox games.
5. Game music is decent and ambient/other sounds are present but not many sexual sounds, just the odd swallow one
6. UI and interaction with the world is nicely detailed and done well, also the small task or quest objective is nice and subtle.
7. While I am not overly fond of the characters always, at least some of them are fine. I am glad to see the story and intrigue kick in later down the line.

CONS:

1. Characters are a bit too fickle for my tastes, including the MC, the way they act and talk and are generally flippant about most things. Maybe this is because of the world and superpowers being common place, so insane shit is just another day scenario?
2. The interaction button, arrow during free roam is a bit too light and can be missed easily. Also free roam should ALWAYS have a quick bar or option so the player does not have to walk around trying to learn a places layout. Not sure why devs keep doing this shit...
3. Shallow and superficial characters only fixated on sex and losing their virginity or appearing naked and publishing it to the world, annoying start to the game IMO.
4. "Animations" if you can call them that and there are really not many, I think I saw one, are more a few stills than a smooth animation.
5. MC disproportionate dick is just stupidly large, that for a game that has mostly characters that are in proportion and good looking, WTF is with that dev? Note, in some renders, his dick is larger than in other, so consistency is not 100%

FINAL THOUGHTS & SUGGESTIONS:

• Added to above, the general lack of character self respect, particularly how the MC and his friend simply make a "fuck pact". The fact that they so indifferent or unphased if you will by that, tells me that this particular avenue of story is bullshit. People that act and are as casual and easy about punching their V card or having sex would undoubtedly have done it before for no good reason other than just wanting to for the heck of it. What has stopped them up until this time? Same with the MC, he is not a troll and beats off so much that its impossible to imagine him a virgin same with his friend it seems. So I am not convinced of this particular point. It all feels a bit "desperate" and unbelievable.
• New tags should be made for non-traditional sandbox, as the old way is crap, but this way is not too bad, tolerable and not a complete time sink.
• The game makes light of sex in a way that is just stupid, case and point, how the MC is often naked, has rubbed one out, does so often, he is about to screw his "not girlfriend" and everyone knows, sees and is completely fine with this like its the most natural thing ever. This is total horseshit and its so flippant and normal in this game that I am actually gobsmacked...The dialogue is so shallow and stupid...fml
• For a game based on superpowers, I must say the MC still looking for his is actually stupid, his superpower is obviously being part horse as he is hung like one...its stupidly big and honestly he would not fit that in his trousers, but guess these are ACMI characters for kids so guess it just works eh? I mean you see the MC flaccid and that is normal and he could get a decent hardon but nope, the guys dick is as big as his forearm and as long as most of his arm...didn't notice any other bimbos around but yeah, moving on...
• Gripes aside, this is not a bad game, it has plenty going for it and worth the play. The story looks to becoming more interesting.
• More kinks and tags would be nice, sky is the limit and superpowers being what they are, why not go all out?

I don't usually leave reviews unless the game is really good (for the most part) or a total waste of time. Thankfully this is one of the better ones.

Cons first since there aren't many:

- Zero opacity dialogue box makes it VERY challenging to read parts when the background is on the lighter side, simple and easy to fix so hope that is implemented quickly.

- Too much detail/exposition thrown out at once!!
Calm down with the deets man, a person can only absorb so much new info at once.
A little advice from a fellow writer if the dev reads this- try to give such info out in a more organic way either via dialogue b/w characters or the world around them. Takes a bit of imagination but it brings the game to the next level.

Pros
- GREAT casual/conversational dialogue! It feels completely natural like something you would hear from an actual person. Plus it suits the various personalities of each character which is not easy to pull off.

- Great render quality! Not much to see, everything looks top-notch there.

- Some of the smoothest writing and transitional flow ever which makes the plot and various scenes come together as a cohesive story rather than disjointed scenes (something many big titles suffer from).

- Characters are very well written and don't do anything out of character just because the plot asks for it. Another thing that can get lost easily.

- Extremely smooth transition from normal dialogue to sex scenes. The buildup makes total sense and none of the adult scenes seem forced or outside the purview of the plot (seriously, your writer deserves a big bonus)

- HUMOUR!
Some of the jokes and quips are next level, just like the flirting which made me take notes (not kidding). It's not easy to make humour in an adult not come off as cheesy or cringe but you've done it.

A very good game, the girls are super hot, the lewds are entertaining but what's best the dialogues are great and fun, and there seems to be planned a very interesting story! Moonsong and Lady Steel are super hot, plus there's a hot stepmother, and I usually don't dig the genre. Definitely recommended!

Decent game ruined by unacceptable jokes and trolling
The game had a great potential with above average rendering, story, character designs and personalities. Sex scenes probably one of the best in VNs from dirty talk to avaliable options, that allows great deal of variability.
Now to rating justification: the game tries to troll certain demographic, which makes it unenjoyable to play. If it wasn't for these elements I might have supported the game myself, but in its current form it's just a waste of potential.

Just played Origin story, hope to see more from this game, good story, nice pace, nice girls and superheroes, Funny moments. Good different characters. Some Easter Eggs in this too. Had a good time and interesting powers. Hope it doesnt geht abandoned. 5 of 5 Stars

This has been a very good AVN so far, I just finished up to chapter 6. The dev said in the notes section that he's already got the story written out to 20 chapters and from what I have played so far it a very interesting story. I like how the women are all different and it's not just a bunch of gigantic boobs and butts all over the place and they look more like real life. The storyline is actually interesting and keeps you interested in what is or could happen next.

While the beginning seemed rushed, the overall story is enjoyable. The buildup of superpowers is satisfying and explained.

I liked the women involved in this story. The sex scenes are really nice.

Can't wait to see what else will be in this game.

Amazing Premise Ruined By Senseless story-telling and 'Cock-Brained' characters

This game was supposed to be good. It had the amazing render quality; a fantasy world filled with super-powered humans. It also had some great world building at times. But.. then came the 90% of the game...

Sex is the only thing we know...

The biggest thing that put me off from liking this game was how lame all the characters were. So many of their conversations would somehow find its way around talking about how the main character is a virgin and how he needs to get laid.
When he did lose his virginity it would become about how the MC was a virgin yesterday and now how proud they are that he isn't anymore.
If by chance they are not talking about the MC's virginity, they are instead talking about sex, and how they haven't yet hooked up this month.

All-in-all, the discussion of sex and topics regarding that area dominates most of the conversations you're gonna have with the characters. Even teenagers going through puberty don't dwell on that topic so long.

Writing Shippable Female Leads Is Out-of-the-question!

The LIs in this game are empty and conflicting. I didn't once feel a connection with any of them. Amber was the closest one to being likable, but she is invisible 24/7.

You've got this virgin main lead - Evelyn, who has slept with probably hundreds of men and women because of her power. I don't know why, but that's just the power the devs thought to give her. But the game wants you to know that she is a virgin because being fucked while in somebody else's body doesn't count. And they make a big deal about this whole virginity thing and how it is cute that she saved herself for the MC... Just, why?

You also got a mother like figure who seems ever so caring but then goes and fucks the next young guy she finds at the bar, even on his birthday, while the MC is forced to listen to her moaning loudly, every single time. Smh...

The rest of the current female leads are all plagued by their nonchalant attitude towards hooking up with randos since none of them, for some reason, choose to be in a relationship. They let you know each time that these women have been around the block a couple dozen.
You're not feeling so special anymore, are you? No matter how loud they scream the MC's name or how many times they say the MC has a big dick. This simply does not make for a great ship.
Plus them objectifying the MC and treating him simply as 'a big cock' guy is more demeaning than a compliment.

I swear guys, the MC isn't so bad... okay, nvm..

This being a superpower genre, I thought the MC would awaken some super-cool ability. He didn't.
He awakened the ALMIGHTY powers given to him by the porn gods - the ability to fuck the women of this world into BLISS, with his mighty COCK, so he can acquire their powers! Wow talk about a lame porn plot.

The MC can also be a complete doormat in conversations since you don't much have control over his dialogue only over some of his actions.
I thought Origin Story was about molding this man to be hero or a villain. So far this man has done nothing villainous, not even stand up to the annoying sisterhood heroes who keep undermining him.
Can't blame them tho, all he's been doing is sitting around passive while everyone else made the decisions for him with no input of his own. Great. Just the MC you like to see.

Soft-NTR is the Worst NTR!

Initially this game prompts you with the 'Play Default Mode' or 'Play Safe Mode'. It also tells you that the default mode is how it's meant to be played and that there is no cucking or ntr in this. I thought, "huh, what baby would play on safe mode?". Yeah.. later on, I wasn't so glad that I didn't.

I played other games before where the female leads have had onscreen and off-screen sex with men other than the mc, and it didn't bother me much, but with this one it definetly didn't go so well.
It has to do with how unlikeable it made characters like MC's mother figure, virgin bestfriend, and some other, appear. As their actions were not congruent to their put up with the MC. It made them seem fake.
They were trying to create roses and sunflower kinda romance between the LIs & MC, but they weren't roses and sunflowers type of women.

Unfortunetly the safe version, which promised to rewrite certain scenes, doesn't do so much. You just not see the on-screen ntr, but still hear about all the thoting around the love interests have been doing, and also, still have to witness the shameless flirting the LIs will do with other people in front of the MC.

I am not sure why this kind of ntr is in the game; it is not strong enough to attract the ntr crowd, nor is it mild enough to not bother the normal crowd..

Hey! What's up with the character designs?

The MC has such a strange looking cock. His dong is long but proportionately thin. It looks too unnatural and needs be fixed.

Unfortunetly the women in this game suffer from low estrogen. I know it's realistic, but in a world where the MC awakens new powers with his long pencil dick, no one would mind if the women tended to be more well-endowed. I, like many men, prefer a greater number of filled-out LIs over petite ones.

Focusing on the wrong things, are we?

This game could've been a 1000x better had it focused more on the superhero and supervillain aspect instead of being lost in all this sex talk and slice-of-life. I was quite liking the world-building in the prologue and learning about the villains, the farm, and the authoritarian system. Too bad that got shoved under the rug.
It would've also done a lot better if having sex with the LIs actually felt memorable instead of 'ah another thot using the MC for a sex relief'.

Enough Rambling, here's the final verdict.

Starts off good, grabs you with enough interesting and deep world-building, but then completely derails into a non-important slice-of-life VN with a doormat MC and uninteresting LIs added with a pinch of ntr.

This certainly isn't one of the worst games out-there, so I was gonna give it a 2-star, but then I thought, 'Huh, I don't see myself picking up this game again in the future, so it really does qualify for a 1-star review.'
It's a shame. At it's core this game had a lot of potential, but I don't feel I trust towards the direction this game is going. It will require changing the course and a lot of rewrites/fixing the current issues for it to be any good in the future.

The best super-power porn game there is period and one of the best in general. It has extremely hot sex scenes, good writing and very interesting characters. It's a full package. Renders are great (although there is not much in terms of animation, scenes are superb nonetheless), smut is top-notch and all in all it's a 9/10 game at least.

An excellent AVN.

It's well written, has good characters, and the developer definitely has some overlapping female appearance tastes with mine. Moonsong, in particular, is absolutely incredible to look at.

It's a pretty derivative world - there's obvious heavy influence from The Boys in the world building, but it is executed really well.

I applaud the decision to go the route of "no animations" instead of forcing in bad ones. The lewd scenes are still really hot.

The one thing I wish was a little better is the stakes. After five chapters there's still a sense of aimlessness to it, and a focus on exposition. We're well past the inciting incident (the discovery of MC's power), and should have had an act 1 climax by now, but it is still pottering around, adding new exposition for different characters without introducing an antagonist, or something concrete for the MC to be opposed to.

The exposition is fun, so I am still along for the ride (it's still 5-stars for me) but if there's any weakness then it is absolutely the lack of narrative urgency.

The images are really well lit, giving it a premium AVN feel, and all angles and composition have felt good, and never once taken me out of the story. It's a great looking game, and technically competent to boot.

It's a shame there isn't a gallery implemented, and the use of ren'py is very basic and lacks a bit of the dynamism I've seen in other titles when it comes to transition variation.

I hope the developer has a planned ending and knows how he's going to get there, because after reading his Xmas update, he's name dropped two inspirations who definitely fucked up their climaxes (Bare Witness and Chasing Sunsets) and spoiled otherwise good games. So that was my immediate worry.

Really looking forward to chapter 6.

The completely shoehorned in 'guilt' over sleeping with Moonsong despite the very clear promise of losing virginities if we can't find anyone else annoyed the fuck out of me and almost made me stop giving a fuck about the childhood friend, but the comeback from that irrationally idiotic choice was good afterwards, so five stars it is, despite that.

The harem content really disrupts pacing in this novel. After the Prologue it was a 5/5 for me but there is so much filler content now that the main story feels less and less impactful. Especially the reveal and introduction of the Sisterhood felt like a shortcut.
It doesn't help that new characters are mostly introduced by long expositions and interviews where they tell you in great detail who they are, what they like, etc.
Characters that despise you one moment will open up and tell you everything there is to know a couple of minutes later. That's just boring.

The best characters in my book are definitely Parker and Amber. Parker seems like the classical relativistic villain, which I prefer, and Amber is just a major sass queen. I also like the idea to introduce a character in a visual novel that we can't actually see. More than once did I imagine her actions instead of seeing them, which is technically how you read a book. It's a nice touch.

But overall I expected more. I definitely didn't expect an outsider to become a super-chad in ten minutes and it reduces the stakes and disrupts the arc of suspense.
Despite what popular porn logic wants you to believe, a dude who overpowers villains with the power of cock is just not great storytelling. He needs flaws, struggles and to overcome them with qualities that stem from his personality, his decisions and his circle of allies and not because he is a porn god.

the game is overall one of the best i have played. visually its great, the plot is actually really interesting and enjoyable, characters are fun and seem to have their own distinct personalty, the only thing i would criticize is the lack of body variety

First and most important thing on why you SHOULD play this one and why 5 star, because its fun, the role you are in and how things happen are really fun. And for me this is the most important thing.

About the visual, the renders are very good and the LI's are very attractive.

Sex scenes are OK, there's no animation, but they still good, its worth the play.

The history is good as far as AVN goes, as far as chapter 5 it feels very introduction to the game, the development of the world is actually very interesting, how and what for people use their power.

As for cock block, this one didn't really feel like the dev was just holding stuff for people to keep playing the game ( all that didn't happen, really is because it was necessary for the history and not because the dev wants you to keep paying for the next chapter).

Ok so I went into this game with a little trepidation. I love superhero games., but so many have been done poorly I was hesitant to play this. I’m really glad I read the chat and reviews as this game did not disappoint me at all. I cannot wait until the next release.

I've been aware of this game for a while, and seen in mentioned by people who often like the same kinds of things I do, but superheros isn't a big draw for me so I'd pretty much just ignored it.

Still, I eventually decided to give it a shot and wow am I glad I did. It's a fun story, and as you can see on the page here, absolutely gorgeous girls with fun and quirky personalities and powers, quite distinct from each other. The sex scenes are very hot and pretty varied, and occasionally surprising(!).

The renders are great, often fantastic and the story is developing at a good pace, with a nice mix of relationship building and plot.

The story and the setting are amazing. I think it's one of the better AVNs about super powers and who doesn't want to bang these super hot superheroes.

I like that the MC is a virgin to sex and super powers at the start of the story so that we can "grow" together with him.

The renders are great and the women are beautiful. Also there is a diverse cast of women.

And the harem actually does make sense since the MC needs to have sex to get stronger.

I'll say that the renders and the models are pretty top notch. They're a bit alike for certain ones, as I can imagine they're based on the same model with different morphs, but it doesn't take me out of it too much. Like most VN, everybody is in tip-top shape and perfectly shaped and all, but at least here not ALL the boobs and asses are leaping out of the clothes, just some! Well done!

2. Story and Dialogue - 2/5
A bit weak on the story side: very simple and the catalyst is so dumb. The dialogues are WAY too horny all the time. Friends don't talk to each other like that! Build some tension and expectation with implicit instead of explicit stuff!

3. Kinks - 4/5
The sex scenes are good and quite frequent. I like the fact that there is a way to add or remove some kinks, depending of your taste. Pretty cool!

Overall: 3.5/5
