I try but my locate emulator just doesn't want to work when I press "run in Japanese" it just doesn't do anything
bit late to the party but running it with admin triggers the normal setup, then you can install it and play it by running the shortcut that should appear on your desktop unless you changed the setting during the forementioned setup
