I got the system stuff in english but the game text is still not, even thought the thread top says english, is there a way to turn it on?

I'm pretty sure this is not in english... considering it's seems to be just the ISO from the original japanese release.

Also, I couldn't extract the script, so I have no idea how to even try to MTL it.
I'm willing to bet it's either the file called "SCRIPT.SRC" or "TEXT.DAT" packed inside "data.pac", but no clue how to feed it to translator++.
