TL;DR: I like the captivating story. Though MC is annoyingly wimpy, timid and submissive, and dialogs (especially his thoughts) & interface are a bit bloated. (But maybe a wussy, slow MC is your thing?)
★★☆☆☆ The interface is fancy but not that convenient. E.g. I can't get rid of the icons at every dialog text (the music & sound & the translation icons). With that huge customization you would think that the option to switch them off should be there. And, compared to standard Ren'Py one-click way to Save, two clicks with pointing is much less convenient. And you can't easily switch between Save page and Load page, and the like.
★☆☆☆☆ MC's thinking is bloated (and sometimes stupid). When he changes his almost decent working man appearance to a little pretentious prick's appearance, with those thin pants, stupid short jacket and mop on his head, with almost shaved sides making his face look fat, he can't stop babbling how important appearances are "to be taken seriously", and how lucky he is to lick the bosses ass... (aka, to conform with expectations...) Ugh...
I get it that he lacks self respect or clear thinking, but it's revolting how he can't stop whining, like about thrift stores' clothes before, and how he has to fit in, etc. etc., again and again. In general, there's like 5 times more "thinking" dialogs than necessary, which makes me start skipping (even though I hate to do that). Show me action, enough with the wussy thoughts and repetitive boring narration, will you?
And why does MC have to be so wussy at all? When the boss lady trashes him about "professional" clothing, though he actually wears a nice pretty shirt etc., and that boss looks like an aging prostitute that has to use her arms to keep her boobs from falling out of the cleavage... That her idea of "professional"?.. And he doesn't even question what is "professional" and which "qualities" he lacks, etc., etc., just keeps begging to give him a job, as if it was the last job in the world...
You would think that an orphanage kid (who wasn't bullied there), after all the experience with people (managing younger kids) and jobs at the orphanage, he could be dealing much better with communication and self-respect, being much more mature that an average young adult!
Not mentioning how stupid it was to start running around when bullets fly... And blaming himself for everything? And running away from any sign of conflict? I get it he was not too brave in the prologue, because of how important that girl was to him, but in the adult life it's like he is retarded (perhaps like he was 10, not 18, having had no teenage phase in his life, never having developed critical thinking etc.?)...
I think there are no real reasons to get that kind of personality with that supportive, caring and stimulating maturity environment that he supposedly had.
BTW, in 5 months after the orphanage he never spoke to Amélia? Kinda hard to imagine why none of them contacted each other, if they really feel so close?
★★★☆☆ Models are generally good and realistic, with a nice variety. Many of the females don't look pretty though. The boss lady is a meaty ugly dominatrix, not my cup of tea. Her daughter looks like a butch, not cute either. And sometimes models' faces look rough, as if they were crudely shaped of plasticine, with excessively textured lips and skin, glistening a bit like plastic. (E.g., look at closeups of Mirella, Sabrina, Karol; perhaps Samantha, Emily and Juliana, particularly their lips. They look too rough, especially for young women. The skin when shown closely, e.g. when Lorena gives BJ, looks like some buffalo leather or something. Compare those with Ayla's face and lips, which look much smoother and more natural. And the textures of MC's or Hank's faces are very much smoother in comparison, looking immensely better.)
The main girl Emily is kinda cute though. The shop girl Lorena is pretty, as well as the gym girls Ayla and Juliana (though the latter has fat thighs). Mirella looks very sexy, despite the weird textures. Alas, girls tend to have large boobs (which tend to be saggy), even the youngest ones.
Otherwise, models in general are not bad, and renders' quality is good. Animations, especially in early chapters, are nothing to write home about, but not actually bad.
★★☆☆☆ Sex scenes are... average. I decided to not read dialogs there (stumbling on something like "Oh your pussy is so wonderful" - "Ah your dick is so great", especially considering that he was likely a virgin and didn't know any other pussy in his life). (Though I have to admit I rarely find sex dialogs good in most VNs.)
★★★★☆ The story in general seems interesting, except when it's filled with bossy older women of authority (the boss, the therapist, the dean) and female manipulators (Matilda, Lorena) and endless talks about proper attire or "presentation"... Anyway, the story is the main reason I'm giving the game 4 stars (otherwise it would be more like 2).
Though in the last chapters it's just MC being commanded or manipulated by women (starting from meeting Alexandra, or even before, from Matilda scenes), so I'm wondering why this game has no "femdom" tag if it eventually becomes pure femdom?.. And I'm tempted to change this review to 3 stars, because I'm not a fan of being dominated, and it's so annoying to bear that I eventually have to skip the scenes through.
Still, I want to give this a little advance - expression of faith - hoping that it might be a more masculine story in the end, perhaps focusing more on the sexiest girls: Mirella, Ayla, Emily, Juliana, Lorena...
