Most of the comments are complaining about the voice acting. I'll just say... I agree, there are a lot of silly names there that no one would use. They're great for the laughs of hearing them in the actors' voices, but beyond that, they're useless. And everyone's entitled to their opinion, but I don't like how it sounds

Speaking of the beta, I like how it's going. I want to see more of them as teenagers and all the problems that are coming their way, and the protagonist's too, haha. Although I think they already said that the protagonist's room was one of the last things they were thinking about, which is a shame, but we'll have to wait.

That's because like 700 of the names are from kickstarter backers(such as myself) at a specific tier. Most of them are from that. Or probably more actually. it's mostly a thing for people who like hearing characters they like say their name and who might have a unique or somewhat uncommon name and have cash to spare. Or for people who named their oc Dongus.

Suddenly i want to play Baxter route again. How is that guy so charming and annoying at the same time...
Both my female MCs from both games crush on him.

He actually turned my MC from the previous game straight. I was playing her as pure lesbian, and her relationship with Cove was completely platonic/sibling, and it was like "Well, obviously I'm not going to date Cove or Derek, I'm only into girls." And then playing through the Baxter epilogue DLC it just worked so much better with the undercurrent of my character realizing she had a crush on him, and was super-bitter about him just leaving. So suddenly she realized that apparently she was into some guys after all.

It was funny when you bring him home, and your moms are like, "Wait, him?" Everybody was shipping you with Cove or Derek, and in the end you hook up with the dark horse bad boy.

It's even funnier because, by that point, I was acting on the assumption that Cove and I were living together, and Derek had moved in with us, and I still hooked up with Baxter. :D
