From what bit I've played it's a very skin deep "horror", and from the reviews as well it seems that while all the characters have something "off" about them it's not really explained or fleshed out well enough.

No they are not both have they same /game/ folder ~2.08GB the only difference is that the download in the OP is unpacked. Ignoring executibles etc that are in win/linux version but not mac the only file not included in the download I provided is the artbook which is ~20MB

Horror tag? That reminds me of their other work, The Wilting Amaranth, where things could go terribly, terribly wrong if you romance the wrong character.

...Well, still, there are no witches or bounty hunters in this one, so I can't imagine it could go that wrong again, and the sweet and fluffy stuff in their last game was quite sweet and fluffy. I'll probably end up paying for this one, just because there aren't enough good yuri romances on the market.
