The difference would be that Ian fucking his friend's gf behind his back would be public knowledge, something that neither Cindy nor Ian want.
That was some years ago, maybe policies have changed. And I seem to remember that Eva also wants to eventually release the game on Steam.

Too be honest maybe I would take it down patreon had random ban waves also creators get banned without warning after safety team ....
But I would prefer if eva would take all her subs and move to another platform
