At this point in the story I'm assuming Ivy is writing up a chart of data relating to Jeremy and she will soon be using a supercomputer to finally determine if she should hit that or not.
Seriously, for the "resident slut" that she's presented as, she's expending way too much energy making this decision.
There'll be another drug trip after the photoshoot, this time for Lena, that will let her choose between black and white Billy, like Ian's drug trip choice between good and bad Jess.

Yeah it's my biggest problem with Holly's slut path lena isn't really apart of it at all outside of the scenes in the showers it has the same feel of Alison bimbo path. Which it shouldn't since the trio of girls seem a lot closer than Ian, Jeremy, and Alison.

It has always been the case. All NPC in Eva games fulfill very specific functions tied to the story, and (at least in the beginning) are confined to a certain type. Ivy, as it happens, is a Seductress, a Corruptor. A bad influence on Lena who is needed to showcase the allure of debauchery and fleeting things. Since EvaKiss doesn't do male corruption (aside from making some male characters submissives and/or cucks by their gilfriends) Ivy had no role to play in Ian's story and wasn't intended to feature there in some significant capacity. It's only after Eva found out about Ivy's massive popularity among "primarily Ian's players" she decided to incorporate her in his story, but, by that time, it was already late for real romance path.
If Ian and Lena aren't dating each other, but both are dating Holly, that pretty much eliminates the threesome option? And who should Holly choose in the end?
What languages does Eva speak beyond English & Spanish? I'm honestly more curious what country she's moving to than in the next chapter updates since they're so piece-meal now. I probably won't download this game again for another year and a half or well into mid to end of Chapter 14.

When you say she's hurting Holly, that's a matter of opinion, depending on what kind of person you want Holly to be. If you want her to be sweet and relatively pure, well then I agree with you. But if you want her to be more outgoing, sexier and a lot more confident, then I don't agree with you at all. Under Ivy's influence, Holly seems reasonably happy. She's probably not going to write fantasy novels anymore, but she's certainly getting plenty of experience to move into erotic fiction. She's seems to have gotten over her crush on Ian, and is now obviously able to stand up to her parents and not have them dictate what she can or cannot do. Maybe Ivy is making her sluttier, but that could work for her, if she does cross over into erotic fiction. Particularly, if she starts copying Ivy and Lena, by posting sexy pics on Peoplegram, and develops a much larger social media following.
Jeremy is definitely not the right person for Ivy, because he just isn't ambitious enough. Ivy wants to be successful, and I don't see her settling for anyone else who isn't. Yeah, she'll probably hook up with him eventually, but she's hardly the kind of girl who's going to be overly impressed by Jeremy's big cock, which is pretty much the only thing he has going for him. But she's not going to settle down with anyone, anytime soon. If she did, it would have to be an open relationship. I can't see her settling for any situation, where she couldn't continue to play the field.
And I don't think anyone can really change Ivy, except Ivy herself. The only person who as any real influence over her, is Lena. Because she obviously loves Lena, or at least as close to loving someone as Ivy can get. But it's fairly clear that Lena doesn't want to change her, and accepts Ivy for who she is, even though sometimes that can be quite frustrating.
