What do you count/what is seen, as a volume?

What i'd like would be something aking to the gallery, just, as recaps.

I think you may have missed the joke.

Theres literal recaps in the game, but they're entirely comedic and dont catch you up on the story at all. One of them is a noir crime investigation, for example.

I kinda confuse them even with the new girls that Hayato (what was his name?) introduced recently.

Another example (though a bit more entangled) is how Cro and Sarah had this talk in their dreamworld and Cro was like:
"CJ made us(?), im his left your his right hand..." whatever, but Cro never mentioned that Sarah was a part of her.
It got very confusing.

To my defense, it wasn't that obvious that it was meant as a joke.
Had this discussion some time ago already and someone mentioned the "ingame recaps".
Totally forgot back then that they exist, but are more comedy then anything else: "she was ahegao'd to death".

But again, im talking about an option in the menu, for recaps.

I'm surprised you understood so much in a single playthrough. People usually come here asking for explanations after certain arcs, especially Teresa's and the last one, since many had a hard time understanding Cro's situation. It is usually necessary to replay the arcs to understand most things, since most of the information needed to understand the beginning of the arc is provided at the end of it (or in another arc).

Playing it all in two/three days certainly helped memory wise too. LiL would have taken at least a month and a half.

Oh, how is the release schedule btw? I could probably search for it, but in some cases it changes so much I'd rather have an up to date answer.

New 700-1000 render chapter on the last day of the month for all patrons, releases 2 weeks later for the public. Game doesn't ever leak here early.
Generally 9 updates a year, Jan and Jul are months off.
Freeroam chapters release in 2 parts over 2 months, Arc finale chapters take 2 months to develop which iswhy it's 9 updates per 10 dev months

To Illuminate with information from the Discord as to why the timeline's been a bit different for the first 6 months of this year

December 2nd, 2024: 50+51 release
January, 2025: Scheduled Month Off
February, 2025: Tropicali final build work
March 10th, 2025: Tropicali final build release
April 30th, 2025: Chapter 52 release
May 31st, 2025: Chapter 53 release (should be sometime in the next 24 hours, although the programmer on the discord has said the code for the freeroam is busted so it may end up being a day or so later)

For the rest of the year the schedule for patron releases is as follows


It also now known that during the development of 50+51 the devs mother was diagnosed terminally ill, which along with the final build of Tropicali taking a bit longer than expected to iron out the bugs caused OoT to have a larger gap than planned.

The chapters haven't been once a month without break since Vic's arc in 2022, when they started getting consistently longer in Leah's arc (700 renders+ minimum) the breaks were added in (which he ended up just using to make Tropicali anyway).

Iirc it was a combination of taking a break, working on and releasing Tropicali, AND some unblockable IRL event that suddenly got dropped on them at the start of the year.

The above image is an OUTDATED timeline from January. If you compare to the new, current one, you can see how things differed due to Tropicalis release getting pushed back. Again, this is an old timeline, just in case the bold caps wasn't enough.
