It looks like a scam to me. The screenshots look to be from other people's creations. I wouldn't trust it at all.

I'm surprised games like that are still being advertised, if they were any good I'm they'd have gotten more traction by now.

Third Crisis is inspired by Overwatch, but it doesn't quite reference it directly (in great part because it used to, so maybe the dev was forced to change it?)
