You are playing the wrong game my dude, there are settings for certain extreme events under r18g in the settings tab but if you aren't here for ryona I'm not sure why you are.

I have the "real time scar" feature turned on and some of them look great, but other times my character will get hit in one spot and a seemingly completely unrelated part of the body will get marked with a bruise (maybe only the purple bruise type mark but it could also just be less noticable for other marks but still happening). Looking at the devs page, the goblin well club spanking showcased in the scar update looks more accurate than what happens when I trigger the same event now. I thought briefly that it could be related to the uncensor patch we run here, I'll test it next time I install the game fresh if no one else has answers.

I just tested it simply and the real time scar seems to work fine.
The goblin's jump & hit only hit the left side and only the left side got bruised.
I fixed the part of the plugin source for performance (to get higher fps) and fixed one part of the renderer, but I'm not sure if it will give you the desired result.
