If a married woman is raped, that doesn't count as cheating/NTR if she is not engaging in the sexual act voluntarily. Do you see any cheating scene among the screenshots? I believe they're rape scenes. You won't know unless you play the game full and see if there is any cheating involved

It has the animations but i couldnt be bothered to beat the last boss or find the hidden levels. Not sure if its even worth it.
