have see a cheat that we can have the "talk" after each full heart : edit : found a solution
TheMarvin, i found a other solution, you can all max lvl up no problem ( or only 50% for Sperm Count Limit Up if you will )
1) forget about the dialogues/new outfit for now until you have all money to buy all outfit in one go ( except for the second ( free ) for the correct answer in talk, and repeat this dialogue.)
2) Have very low lilim motivation and have the talk ( 0% heart ) = "dont click" talk
3) C:\Users\XXXXXXX\AppData\LocalLow\とりのすなきも\パイズリクリッカー Save a copy save of your game and place it in your game folder, which should be on the desktop
4) Start the game, complete the first dialogue, exit the game, take the backup copy save and overwrite the current backup in APPdata, then restart the game to immediately start a new dialogue/new outfit and repeat.
info bonus :
1) once you have all lvl up your skill : you will need 345'000 money to buy all outfits so to not play the game :
2) you start the right answer diallogue of the school swimsuit you will have 5x high and next 5x normal motivation before the next dialogue --> autocliker 200 milliseconds and you will come 4mins 30secs later to start a new dialogues and repeat XD ( 1 hour for the money and all lvl up and no diaologue)

I have a bug where I can't unlock outfits. The prices are just greyed out and I can't buy them despite having enough of sperm count.
Sperm Count Limit Up Lv5 imo is the optimal spot to stop it at.
You don't need to worry about motivation lowering early on, because you only have 1 outfit and nowhere near enough points to get more.
At lv5, and everything else max, you can insta-click through at both normal/high motivations. Just talk through low motivations to raise it back to high.
If you want to optimize a bit further:
After the 2nd costume, level it to 6. You'll likely blow through the dialogue options before you can reach the next costume's cost.
3rd costume, level to 7
4th costume, level to 8.
Stop there. As you'll outpace the dialogue with points.
