Yeah, NTR is not one of the kink covered by this game. Even tho some girls that you may like are involved with other guys and that you even sometime see it. I don't think there are anything appealing to NTR kink at all about it, it's not played out like that.

The dev said there will be no sex scenes with Victoria in the present day.

It has been said by the devs several times that Victoria is less an acting character, but more plot device and moral compass. Vicki made porn to keep a roof over her and Edwin´s head (that she learned to like it is a different topic) and he is aware of her sacrifice. Knowing her past is one of the reasons Edwin wants to become a great son and help other people as a doctor some day, that Vicki did not make porn for nothing.
Victoria was not only Mom for Edwin, but also kind of an Ersatz-Mom for Ian.
