I love how there are dozens of these games on here and yet every time there will always be a couple of people going "what the fuck is this?" when one pops up. Fetishes can be weird man (and often are). Another common reaction is "where's the sex? At least a blowjob please?" even though I don't think they'd tolerate the fetish enough for a few sex scenes (likely heavily involving said fetish).
