Alright, so when I first started playing this game, I was genuinely intrigued by its potential. The premise seemed solid, and the early updates gave me some hope that this would turn into a well-rounded and engaging AVN. Unfortunately, after having played through the latest version (0.36), I feel like the game has veered off course and is now a bit of a hot mess.
The Good:
Let’s start with the positives. The renders and character designs aren’t bad. The art style is pretty decent overall, and some of the scenes are visually appealing. There’s an obvious effort put into the aesthetics, and while it’s not groundbreaking, it’s enough to keep me engaged for short bursts. The models and animations (when there are any) look fine, but unfortunately, this is where the praise ends.
The Plot:
This is where things start to unravel. It feels like the plot was lost a few updates ago. What started off as an interesting story with potential character development has, at least for me, turned into a series of disconnected events with very little substance. It’s clear that the developers have either lost track of the narrative or shifted focus to other aspects of the game, but the plot has suffered as a result.
Updates Are Too Short:
Version 0.36 was a major disappointment in terms of content. I completed the entire update in about 5 minutes. That’s right—5 minutes of gameplay. For a game that takes 2-3 months to release an update, that’s just not enough. There’s barely any meaningful progression or depth to justify the wait. It’s especially frustrating when you consider the long gaps between updates. It’s hard to stay invested in a game that doesn’t seem to be making real strides in terms of content or narrative.
Lack of Content:
I know these kinds of games can vary in terms of how much content they offer per update, but it’s hard to ignore how little is added each time. For the time between updates, I was expecting more meaningful story progression or even a few new routes or character interactions. Instead, what we get is often just a handful of scenes, most of which feel disconnected from the larger narrative (or what’s left of it).
Conclusion:
At this point, I’m going to shelve this game until it’s completed, if that ever happens. I think it’s clear that the game has potential, but as it stands, the updates are way too short and the plot has become increasingly incoherent. The developers need to focus on delivering more substantial updates and re-evaluate the direction of the story if they want to keep players engaged.
If you’re someone who likes to play AVNs that have a solid, progressing story and regular updates with meaningful content, I’d recommend waiting until this game is finished or significantly improved. Until then, I can’t see myself investing much more time into it.
