Thanks for the fix. I had the same problem. But after I applied the fix, Cait spoke to me about something which hadn't happened yet. OK, maybe that only happened because I had the problem in the first place.

You shouldn't be able to miss the end screen it will continue to pop up.
There are many times where the CD will be empty as you sometimes have to wait for certain timed events to trigger like builds or characters that will have events that happen after some days.
I will take a look at and send you a hint shortly.

Game is still progressing very nicely as usual, but i must admit i'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do...
I have cleared my 'cd' gone to every room in every time slot while sleeping at least 10 times and can't seem to trigger

You seem to be stuck at the same spot that Walrus13 above you was as well so I am going to share the hint in public
You get to a certain point with a character where she adds a new lore feature to a location. This feature has a specific command that only gets shown at that location after you have used it once (I have fixed this for the next release). You were told this command in the last conversation with her but it is easy to miss. So here goes the solution in spoiler tags.

Cd says select new scout missions with optilink. But i only get the 3 usual options. and i cant progress time since it says i got stuff to do. And i got a new stardeck sara research.
